RETURNS
Returns must be done within 5 days of receiving your order. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you receive a refund, the cost of 10% will be deducted from your refund for restocking fees.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Our products can be returned for a refund less 10% for restocking fees.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering, we will gladly issue you a full refund. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the items have shipped. If you reject deliver or fail to pay a customs fee, a refund will not be issued.

All sale items are final sale.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of 10% will be deducted from your refund for restocking fees.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
